Dog Tear Duct Popping Out

I have just taken my dog to the vet with a similar problem and it turned out to be a blocked tear duct.

Veterinary treatment is required. My mini schneizer has very bad allergys and rubs her eyes so bad that it makes a piece of muscle pop out of her eye by the tear duct.
